No. A courier scans a delivery on their phone at your entrance.

Every entry leaves a receipt — who came in, when, which door opened, and why access was granted. If a delivery can't be verified, the door doesn't open. The receipt records that too.

No. Resident data isn't shared with couriers, and courier data isn't shared with residents. Building operators see the receipt for every door event — who came in, when, and why access was granted.

That's completely fine. One Key Access works with whatever your building has — such as an existing parcel cupboard. If you'd like a parcel cupboard supplied, you can order one through our manufacturing partner.
